Beautiful textures on the close-ups especially on the breaking wave, reflection, and rust photographs. The “rust1fiw” photo reminds me of Three Rivers flagstone (quarried out of the Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho) and widely used in home landscaping here in the States. Thanks very much Steve, it is amazing what nature can do and produce. I am hoping to do some more close-up/macro photography over the coming months with the aim to looking at textures in particular. Thanks for the link as I shall be taking a look this evening
